    Steps

    01

    Plan Drain Location

    • Choose lowest point in area
    • Plan route to sewer/sump
    • Check for existing utilities
    • Mark drain location
    Continue Gate:Location suitable and marked?
    02

    Cut Floor Opening

    • Mark drain opening size
    • Cut concrete with saw
    • Remove concrete carefully
    • Clean opening thoroughly
    Continue Gate:Opening properly cut?

    Install Drain Assembly

    • Place drain in opening
    • Level drain properly
    • Connect to drain pipe
    • Secure drain in place

    Connect to Sewer/Sump

    • Run drain pipe with proper slope
    • Connect to main line
    • Install cleanout if needed
    • Test connection

    Test & Finish

    • Test drain flow

    • Backfill around drain
    • Finish floor surface
