    Water Pressure

    The force that pushes water through pipes, typically measured in pounds per square inch (PSI). Normal residential pressure is 40-80 PSI.

    Safety note

    Excessive pressure can damage fixtures and cause leaks. Use a pressure gauge; reduce via PRV if above 80 PSI.
