    Common symptoms

    • High or fluctuating pressure
    • Water hammer
    • Frequent fixture failures

    Common repairs

    • Annually: Measure static/dynamic pressure at hose bib
    • Adjust PRV to 50–60 psi typical residential
    • Replace PRV when adjustment is no longer effective
