V-Belt
A V-profile drive belt that transfers power from the motor pulley to the blower pulley on belt-drive (mostly commercial) air handlers. Wear, glazing, or improper tension reduces airflow and causes squeal.

Driving belt-drive blowers, transferring motor torque to the blower shaft
